Tutorial: Making a paper rectangle frame accent

I got an email from Gina about a week ago asking how I made this accent on the "Day in May" layout. Now it's pretty easy to make. I used the scallop square punch to make it. Here's how to do it:

First - just punch out a square from scrap paper. This is the whole reason why I have tons of scrap pieces laying around because you just never know when you can add a little accent on a layout or card. I would hate to waste a full sheet of paper to make this.

Anyhoo... next snip off a little bit from one side. I snipped off three humps.

Do the same thing on the other side. You'll end up with this as the result: the rectangle frame accent and also two 3-hump triangles (cupcake tops??)

Next take your smallest hand-held punch and punch out holes for the outer humps of the rectangle accent piece. If you don't have the punch, just use a pin. This would look great as is... or you could attach it to your project with brads.
